Nice pick-up @LC! Looks like it is a Sear #1729. Here is what he said about this coin:

Well, I'm just happy to have finally gotten one of these Byzantine issues attributed correctly, even if I wasn't able to nail down the specific catalog reference. As a genre, they're definitely out of my comfort zone.

And if it's the most common of all of them, at least it came to me today on the cheap.
