That looks like PMD with metal movement -

Feeder fingers scratch the die causing raised lines in the fields - not moving devices.

I agree with with Mark and Mox just PMD - That rainbow 59 is a beaut though!

What would cause that kind of damage during the minting process or counting?
I assume since this is uncirculated and that does not look like a typical coin ding or movement damage while in the bag; it must have occurred after being struck?

I believe it was coop who provided a video showing the minting process (thanks, it was cool) but I was wondering if there is a step-by-step book/illustration?

A lot of terms are thrown around here like "collar", "feeder fingers" and things I have never seen.

I think if I saw it happen a step at a time and the pieces and parts were identified that would help and the marks on the coins would be easier to interpret or decipher.
