I have some 1/10 oz gold Eagles I am looking to display in a album. I have searched high and low for something similar to a Dansco album however have only found the CAPS albums available. I ordered a 16mm blank Dansco page and tried to make it work however was unsuccessful as the Eagles are .5mm to big. Anyone aware of places who make custom pages or anyone have ideas/options to display my coins ?

Self seal 2 x 2's are available in small sizes that are only incrementally larger.
No staples so you have plenty of room to write or attach any date or word combination you want.
Looks just fine in a 20 pocket page and you can change everything as you wish.

Is CAPS not what you're looking for? Too big? to CCF!

I'm fairly new to collecting. Wasn't familiar with the CAPS albums. After looking at both suggestions I'm leaning towards the CAPS. Any suggestion on where to buy the capsules

You can buy the CAPS albums and capsule kits directly from their site at http://www.capsalbums.com -- the kits include all of the necessary capsules for their albums, and you can buy slipcases for them as well. I have four of their albums; they're quite nice although a bit on the large side.

Those are substantially bigger then the Dansco albums. I wish Dansco or Whitman would just make a 16.5 mm page. Maybe I'll try modifying the 16mm page to fit.

A half millimeter is not much. A 17 mm page (using shims if necessary) would be good, but the next size after 16 is 18. You might be able to size out the holes. Use a round wood pencil to work them out a bit. I had to do this for the Capped Bust half dollar in my 7070 album.

After my third try I was able to use a dremel tool to make the holes big enough to fit the coin however it was very tedious work. I'm not sure it's with worth it to do thirty two more times. Anyone ever use Capital Plastic coin holders? https://www.jakesmp.com/Capital-Pla...p_13191.html

I supposed it depends on how badly you want these coins put into an album. I am not sure about it myself, so I do not envy your decision. At least now you know it can be done if you really want it. That itself is worthy of some celebration.

Capital Plastic holders are quality, but they are more for display on a wall or desk than a bookshelf. Just depends on what you want to do with your collection, really.
