It looks like it to me, but I'm not an expert on the Roosevelt dime series.
I do see the extra details that are not usually seen on the normal reverse.

That is FS-901. They're not rare enough to have a big premium, but that one is in really good shape so it may be worth a few bucks.

Guy I bought the 1944 nickel had it for sale as a bu 1970 D and had it listed for 1.25 I went ahead and offered him .75 for it because I thought it was fs-901 I needed a better example so glad I got it right lol
