Please Help 1981 D Mint I Think Error Quarter

Coin punx New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 01/17/2018 4:02 pm 1981 D mint US Quarter the L&I on Liberty are really distorted notice the break or crack from George Washington's Temple to his mouth on the back side something's going on underneath the right wing and it seems to be there's a dent or crack over the Anu on quarter and underneath the left wing tip at the end of The Reef and the rim is bent up I'm new to this game and I know about error quarters but I'm not sure about this one can someone please help Report this Post to the Staff
