I participate in alot of these games, and really enjoy it. So now with me hitting 250, I wish to give back.
I haven't seen anything like what I have in mind so who knows how it will play out.

I'll give it a try though.
Disclaimer- Rule #1- My game, My rules. (inspired by nss-52).

. You must have more than 50 posts as well.
Rule #2- See rule #1.
The prize is winners choice. 1 set from any of these years, 1984-1987 Canadian Specimen set, or the set used for the contest.
Background info.- I got a 'lot' of coins the other day. The specimen sets were all individually encapsulated for these years. Popped them all out and threw them in a hat to come up with a set of various years. Yes I did put them in my hat to pick them.
Now I have a set of 6 coins with known dates (to me) between '84 and '87
The game- I picked 1 coin, for each denomination, to get this random set. You must guess the "
average" date of the coins in this set to advance to Round 2.
For Round one, you can enter only once. You get 3 guesses. Round 1 is done Sunday at 5:00 pm CCF time.
Hope it works out, good luck.
(edit) There is only 4 sets, 84,85,86,87.
Here is an example. 1 cent is from 84,5 cent from 85, dime from 86, quarter from 87, 50 cent from 84 and dollar from 85. To get the average # I'm looking for, 1984+1985+1986+1987+1984+1985=11911/6=1985.1666.
1985.1666 is the average and the # I'm looking for.
Hint: Your number should range between 1984 and 1987. 1984 if you think all the coins are from 84, 1987 if you think all coins are from 87. Lots of combo's between though.
Denman- you may guess again if you want.
Let me know about any other concerns.
I'm hoping some people get the exact #, but may have to go closest to move on, depending on the #'s. See rule #1.
