So I got a PCGS sp70fb first strike dime it was a few dollars so I decided to order it eventually I will be able to get the full set maybe lol if they are a few dollars as well. We'll I received it today and I have heard of lint and stuff in slabs so at first it's what I thought it was but with a little looking it looks like a struck through thread. I know they are bad pictures but I didn't want to get everything out to take pictures on a work night    Edited by Mrzllewellyn 01/19/2018 4:18 pm

I'll have to get better pictures on Monday but I believe is a first strike through on my first strike lol which means up to 30 days in they were messing up

I would say thread. Wire tends to be more straight in shape. Also wider.   Threads are thinner and often curve at will.     coophome= wire thread struck through
