Congratulations on your DDR find! These aren't easy to find. For selling, I would recommend ebay because some people will pay outrageous amounts of money for stuff like this, even if it exceeds the actual value of the coin itself.

Neet find - you can tell instantly from the oblong dots. (I'm learning David - LOL!)

You sure are Mark. You have been making a lot of progress for these types of Doubled Dies. Looking for oblong dots in EPU is the key. :)

Paveltul. If I'm not mistaken those coins are on ebay for just a few dollars. It was a shock to me. I've got one of myself and looked at it just to see. Searching for error coins is not a way to make a living,just a fun hobby!
