Willburton Pillar of the Community United States 2558 Posts	Posted 01/22/2018 8:39 pm I looked at it closer and there are die chips in the hair obverse. a chip at the base of the shield, a chip on the E of CENT, the other letters of ONE CENT have flattened spots and an outline of the head runs through LB.
