Didn't even have my VPN on. A small amount - only $2.12. But still, this is annoying. Are they just randomly doing this to people now, or what? Sometimes I immediately transfer money to my bank account as soon as it hits the Paypal account. Most of the time, the money leaves Paypal right away (even though it takes 3 days to get to my bank ,) but somtimes I get something like you, "There is a delay, yada yada." Paypal definitely has issues. Ever try transfering $ from your bank accout to Paypay? It takes forever. A scheduled Paypal Credit payment takes 4 days to post. Maybe that's one of the reasons why ebay is moving away from paypal in the next few years I think the delay in transfer is random like you say, just a pain. I usually transfer my money as soon as PayPal has it. I have had the same issues sending money through PayPal - though my last purchase went through right away, thankfully. This week has been fine, thankfully. No holds or anything. I have made sure every one of my transactions came either through my normal IP address or an L.A. area-based VPN IP address...
