I have posted some pics of the 1982 penny I think the 9 and the 8 are showing some DD action or I am seeing double.

All comments welcome and are very helpful I am a newbie in the coin industry.

I'm not seeing any images, or the dreaded red 'X'. Something is missing on your formula for the location. Possible bracket issue (One Turned the wrong way) or a missing / (close tag) missing. Even if it is wrong on one image, it will prevent the images from appearing here. So edit check the formula.

Well that helps a lot more. The coin was struck with a die showing VLDS Die Deterioration on the date area. That is why you are seeing two right edges on the devices. So it is not a doubled die, but die wear I call Die Deterioration because it does not attach itself to the device, but shows on the field. Kink of like this one:
I-Think-I-Am-Seeing-Double-Or-I-Might-Have-A-1985-LMC-DD-You-Tell-Me..
On Die Deterioration you can see the devices show this on the fields closest to the rim direction. Date to the right, Liberty to the left and on the motto, on the tops of the devices. (which are not noticed as much as the date and LIBERTY)
On the 1995D-1DO-003,
I-Think-I-Am-Seeing-Double-Or-I-Might-Have-A-1985-LMC-DD-You-Tell-Me..
I-Think-I-Am-Seeing-Double-Or-I-Might-Have-A-1985-LMC-DD-You-Tell-Me..
I-Think-I-Am-Seeing-Double-Or-I-Might-Have-A-1985-LMC-DD-You-Tell-Me..
I-Think-I-Am-Seeing-Double-Or-I-Might-Have-A-1985-LMC-DD-You-Tell-Me..
the direction is not as strong as the Die Deterioration, and it is on the devices, not beside on the fields like the Die Deterioration.

Here is some pretty radical Die Deterioration on some 1988 P dimes I found a while back! Look at what Die Deterioration can do! Look at the LIB in Liberty in the first images, Looks like there is a rope connecting all three of the letters! :D And the reverse looks like some sand dunes!
