can someone tell me where this place is/was and what the value of this coin may be I dont know the date because I dont understand the language.i know thats not very helpfull anything else that is interesting about this coin or place please do tell also who is on the obverse of the coin if you can tell from my bad pic.thanks I know the pictures are bad but its as good as I can get them

Gwalior was a Princely State in India located in the northern-central part of the country. Simply put, Princely States were not subject to direct rule from the British. Instead they held treaties with the Monarchy. In the case of Gwalior, the treaty was signed after losing a war with the British.

I think that the bust on the coin is Jivaji Rao, a ruler in the early 20th century. I can't really tell what date your coin is, but as far as I can see it is worth $6 at best.
