I don't see a listing for RPM like what you have. If you are talking about the mark on the NW side of the mint mark, I think that is not a RPM. The 9 in the date shows the same kind of mark in the same location. The area below doesn't look like a RPM to me either. I see no doubled eyelid either. The weak 'S' on States is from a slight die filled die on that device. (Note that it is wider, caused by the die being blocked with grease that prevented the device from forming. Same on TRUST, there is weakness there. So it looks like a normal circulated coin with some coin damage on the devices. ('E' on LIBERTY)

 Most pics show circulation damage.

Thank you so much, for your quick replies. Is there no value for this type of coin? Is that a question for a different board?

There is no value for damaged coins, whether circulated or intentional. Face value or melt, a LWC is worth 2 cents.

your question can be answered here. This is still a Wheat cent so it is worth keeping, but the value is only a few cents. But keep searching and keep asking. By the way, your photos are really OUTSTANDING

Thanks. I know my photos are pretty bad. I appreciate the humor though. I appreciate all of you taking the time to have a look-see.
