hi, 1994 Lincoln Cent with a rotated reverse/obverse. I was wondering if this rotation would be a minor, or major rotation?

Need to verify how you're rotating the flip. Side to side or end over end. Thanks, Doug.

Some use a mirror to show the rotation:

With a 2X2 and a small piece of clay, you can make it stand up to take an image. Normal US coins should have the reverse rotated 180 degrees.

End over end, would be major. Seems you got a fair amount of rotation. I can usually pick up by the staples location, but the four staples that seem equally spaced had me guessing. Thanks, Doug.
Rest in Peace
