Your pic is a bit far away. Can you crop it to show only the coin?

From what I see, it is most likely post-mint damage, as said by @08Blond.

Closer pics (both sides) will be required to determine anything else.

Thanks for the pics, but I can't tell if it is damage or not. Most likely, it is damage. The pic is too distorted to tell if it's an error or not.

If it were an error, it would be struck-through to cause that impression (debris between the planchet and die when the coin was struck). The reverse doesn't show obvious signs of related damage, so I really can't say on this one without much better pics or seeing it in person.

All I can say is hold on to it! Working out the photography thing to get answers here is probably the biggest hurdle and I have yet to get quality pics like some can.

The value highly depends on whether it is just damage or an actual error, so I can't say anything about that.
