Mercs are not something I collect although you have to admire the design (if only it was larger). Anyway, I will give it a shot....

Photos are a bit difficult to make out but I think I see wear on the high spots. I would guess AU50.

This one looks a bit tricky. The diagonal bands on the fasces have no obvious wear and I could see the coin as mint state based on the reverse. However, the hair along Liberty's face lacks some detail which could be due to wear. I'll compromise and guess AU-55.

I'm a bit more positive that the coin can't qualify as full bands since the center bands are obviously not fully split.
