Had a few ebay bucks that needed spending. Main listing photos weren't great, but seller had better photos farther down. Might give it a VerdiCare soak to try and stop any active stuff, but not sure how hard I want to work on the spot, might do more damage. Thoughts on grade? Thanks.

Way out of my league, but I'd have to think VF or better. Verdi-care would probably help but I fear it would leave a lighter discoloration behind.

surfaces are great for the most part, but the spot you point out has significant corrosion. vf details corroded. still a great example.

A little verdicare soak certainly won't hurt it, and might stop further spread. Don't think I'll pick at it though. Another option is just to resell as is.

Thanks, was hoping someone would say that. It actually looks a bit better in hand. There is complete separation between all the rays. Imo it makes XF.
