That triple-steepled building in the first pic kinda reminds me of 13th Century Munster or perhaps even Cologne. It is about the right weight for a pfennig. Unfortunately, I don't see a match in my Ilisch so I can't give you a full attribution. I'll recommend to the mods that your thread get moved over to the medieval and ancients section of CCF so that some other eyes might see your coin and offer their own opinion.

One possibility: perhaps County of Mark (Grafschaft Mark)? Adolf II? Eberhard?

They issued somewhat similar reverses on pfennigs:

More importantly there are even more similar smaller denominations that might be a match...although I can't make out the obverse on the OP to verify:

Thanks Bob! So a pfennig would be too large... The vierling looks to be similar in style and weight. I'll try to search some other sources...

Or perhaps? 0.29g. We've gotta be in the ballpark:

That one from Limburg looks pretty much like a direct match to me as the obv nicely matches up the crown and sword design elements. The rev center cross isn't quite at the same height as the other two on steeples, but that could just be a variety. Nice work Bob!
