I found this one a while back while coin roll hunting a bank box of cents. I think it may have been improperly annealed. Although I've only seen that error in nickels and early zincolns.

@SCNC, I think that the answer to your question is yes, but it looks to me like you coin has been toned due to environmental or chemical exposure.

See the silver color on the rims and other high spots on the coin? That tells me that something is on the surface of the coin. Not an error. Just found outside for a time. Very spendable.
