coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 02/09/2018 6:43 pm OPs images show a great Die Deterioration example. Most of the time we don't get to see this die state. Note the die flow on the field areas. The lines are just starting. So the die is almost in the LDS die state. So when this die would be polished, then the field die flow line would go away and the devices would be thinned. (note how full they are on this die state) Most of the time we see the polished examples showing the ridge lines and the devices are thinned a lot more. Great example for this. Took bad though, there isn't a premium for your coin. Report this Post to the Staff
