Not sure what I have here. Aluminum with copper coating. Zinc? Opinions please, do I have something worth anything?

Seems to me the copper coating has worn off which is exposing the zinc core. An aluminium penny would be incredibly rare. If you think it is aluminium - compare the weight to an ordinary penny. Aluminium is a very light metal, much lighter than zinc or copper.

No. The copper plating has been worn off exposing the Zinc core.

Or you could go out and purchase some plating materials and plate that one again. Might only cost you a few hundred dollars but then you'ld have a rare, replated coin.
