What I can see is only a teaser peek. I see needle like engraving but am not familiar with matte proofs. Can you load shots of entire obv. and rev.? Would love to see the full Monty. Tell us about your specimen.

Yes, it's very nice thanks, I was wondering if it is a matte proof, it looks like the die marker going through the second leg of the R in liberty

Need a picture of the rim on the coin (edge).
Because of the obverse rim strike, from 9 pm to 1 am, will say no, this is not a proof.
Is that a strike through error through the T in Liberty?
BUT, will need to see a picture of the edgeview of the rim first.

T in LIBERTY has been struck through. The rim is squarish, pretty common for the issue but not good enough for a matte IMO.
