Die Crack extend's Rim to Rim. Following up on another thread regarding RIDB, would this be considered as one?

No, I don't think so. Yours looks like a Bisecting Rim to Rim Die Crack. Nice find!

Looks so far just a die crack across the entire coin. If you would lower the light a bit from center, you might be able to create the look of a shadow on the die crack and that would show the line across the building better. Correct location for normal coins with that setting, but a slightly lower light across the crack might create a shadow that would shot it off better.
