As the PCGS website cautions: "Verification of certification numbers on the PCGS Certification Database does not eliminate the risk of buying counterfeit and altered coins. Though uncommon, counterfeiters may also counterfeit PCGS grading inserts using actual certification numbers derived from public sources." That said, I can't help but remark that even if the item is genuine, the hyperbole in that ebay listing is as over the top as the price.
