I have a 1965 Washington quarter in question, is it a DDO? Thanks Again.

Not a Doubled Die. The devices are normal in size. All I see is a very heavily worn Quarter with damage.

Here is what the DDO looks like.

This way you can see the spread that happens on a doubled die.
As mentioned, the devices on your coin was reduced by the Machine Doubling. The red arrows point to some Machine Doubling is present on this coin (yes even doubled die can have Machine Doubling) the white arrows point to the hub doubling. Hope this helps.
