I have used various lighting techniques and my eye loupe x's 30. Blended in perfectly, with the imperfect lamination. Thoughts on this one? Thank you!

Not an error. Just a stain that got on the coin's surfaces (Post Mint Damage). Worth face value.

Lamination doesn't happen on a zinc coin. It can be stained, discolored or struck through with foil from another coin or struck through a rim burr. Perhaps it was colored in through something circular and the circulation the color from the top of the device. Or some one die the color on the field very carfully. PSD. It wasn't struck that way.
