My guess is that this is natural toning. Many of these have that pretty dark rainbow thing going on. My '92 looks a little like this but not as appealing as this one.

I believe this is going to grade: AU 55 Dets, Questionable color.

There is some luster, it may have been lightly cleaned very many decades ago, but it has very nicely toned since then.  Attractive example. AU50.

AU-55, and I would think the toning looks market-acceptable.

Looks ok to me as well, or at least market acceptable.
I'd say AU58, but if there is luster I'd go as high as 62. Just hard to tell by the photos if there is luster.

Authentic ... mid to high AU and market acceptable toning ... my opinion FWIW
This is not an expensive coin ... similar example abound at major shows for $10 each ... but still a lovely piece of USA coinage history
