WheatBack Pillar of the Community United States 2850 Posts	Posted 02/20/2018 8:43 pm I really enjoy courtesy autograph notes and I recently came across this amazing example. Fully uncirculated (minus a corner bump or two) and bright. What really puts it over the top is it was signed by D.N. Morgan. It reads: "D.N. Morgan. Treas of the U.S. June 1 1893 to July 1 1897" On the front is his engraved signature. It was removed from the frame pictured. Report this Post to the Staff
