Hello I have just joined the forum and look forward to participating in many conversations. I started coin collecting last year and have now amassed several silver bullion collections and quite a few silver proof coins (Queens beasts especially). I was drawn to the forum by excellent threads from austrowiki wonghinhhi and swamperbod to name a few, regarding Maria Theresia Thalers. I am now starting to collect them due to their posts and really look forward to discussions and advice from these experts.

Welcome to the Forum! It is the best place to ask questions and get great, honest answers (even if it's not what you wanted to hear) very quickly. It sounds like you have already some posts on the forum which is how most of us ended up here. I look forward to hearing about your collection, and how it's progressing.

Nevol Thank you for the correction, I am not dyslexic but should most definitely read things before posting them. Who needs Autocorrect anyway you are right a big thank you to austrokiwi wonghinghi swamperbob and archraz to name but a few members that contributed to discussions on Theresia Thalers. On the subject, can anyone recommend any good reference material for Theresia Talers between 1741 and 1779
