1940-S Nickel - REV Die Crack And Dent?

Hello All,

Looking through some old nickels and came across this one.
Looks like a die crack running from top to bottom on the reverse.
Also some kind of dent on rev - is it PMD or planchet error or ?

Take a look and let me know what you think.

That is part of two die cracks on the reverse. (there may have been one, but because of the circulation on coin it is now worn off the building. But the dent on the rim pretty much kills any value for this coin. With that mark it is now a cull coin. When someone did a coin toss with it, the coin was what lost that time.

maybe i'll find another with the die crack without the dent!!
can compare the state of the crack
