Definitely OMM-001, and it's a beaut. That's a tough critter to find in higher grades.

I'm thinking early Stage C, because I don't see the scratch between F ("OF") and T (UNITED) or the scratch NNW of the 1 in the date, but the S is still nearly complete. The scratches could be there, just not clear in the photos, though.
