What a beauty. I am going to say au58 with a slightly weak strike and some rub on the eagle's wing tips, eagle's head and talons. I would also expect booming luster from a choice or gem unc coin.

Should sell for a substantial premium based on eye appeal.

Photos are bit small to be sure but AU58 seems likely.

The coin has too much direct light. All I can tell is that the coin is a minimum AU-58

Sold as ANACS MS60 Old Holder DDR no slab pic provided, I would say AU58 if cracked and resent to PCGS or NGC.
