@Zz007, first welcome to CCF. Second, while it is totally fine to open a thread as a poll (like you have just done), you may find that in the future just opening a regular thread gets you additional information rather than the Boolean answer of Proof vs. Business Strike.

Here is a Proof coin. You can see the differences easily.
1939-Penny-Proof-Or-Business-Strike
When you open the image near the LIBERTY area, you can see the rim is vertical. So much so on this one that you can see die scratches on the rim itself. The glow of the color, almost and mirror fields and strong devices. (These are struck more than once) Now take a look at your coin again.
