It's a normal coin. I don't see anything unusual.

Keep in mind on the coins 1996 and new, the hub doubling will more often be on the central areas. On the obverse, the only listed on the States business strike coins are doubling on the ear area. (nothing else.) On proof DDO that is a monster on the 1999-S PA coin.

On the reverses, again usually on the central areas of the design. Save your shelf some times on the States coins. Just look on these areas. There maybe some trail dies. But hub doubling is where? In the center of the design after 1996. (Single squeeze era began)
