hello all, this is kinda of diff for me. it looks like the die hit it hard and pushed LIB and in , G down almost flat can tell a little bit raised Thoughts on this

Looks like massive Die Deterioration Doubling did that.

If the die was very deteriorated, I would expect the letters to be closer to the rim. I'm thinking it is a plating issue.

Note the devices on this coin on the motto and LIBERTY. They are very thin. So I'm thinking that the dies fields were reduced in size and the strike would probably have been too strong as already mentioned. so I'm leaning more towards too much pressure during the strike.
