I found a 1963 D with an anomaly on the last right column of the memorial. It is raised and not a gouge. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Seems like an odd place for a die chip, so maybe a die gouge (which would produce a small raised section on the coin)?

It's too big to be a die chip I think. It might be a die break. I've seen lots of die breaks in this area

Die chips were often found there on the 1960's cents. So common there that they stopped listing these as markers.
