@JD, I'm glad to see that you figured out how to post pics.
As I recall, you had mentioned strong doubling on the obv and rev of the '92 cent. Based on the one pic that you have provided, I unfortunately don't see which design elements are doubled. Perhaps you could provide a close-up of the relevant area(s) or explain in more detail what you are seeing?
For your 2008 D dime, I do see a vaguely 7-like region to the northeast of the 8 in the date. Perhaps some of the metal that was scraped off of the bottom half of the eight was deposited in this part of the field? It could also be a somewhat unusual pattern of toning--it isn't clear to me that this region is elevated above the surface of the surrounding field. While I'm not sure of the exact cause, I am pretty confident in saying that this is just circulation damage, with a little bit of parodelia.
