Worn, but you can probably put it in your 1922 "plain" hole and be happy if you are budget minded.

In my opinion ...
To call it a weak or missing D, you should be able to identify it as a Die Pair 1, 3 or 4.

Regardless of what it is or isn't, place it in a slot for the 22 Plain. It's yours so that is what is mostly important.
