Any added value to this piece with the printing issue?

That's a wild one for sure, but still within tolerance. Unless some of the design is missing, there's usually no premium. This about as close as you could get to an error. Still has a modest premium as a NA type note.

What's a value on something like this? Have no intentions of selling, just like to know what I'm working with.

Tough to say. Very worn with poor (not error) margins. Lacks appeal overall. Maybe $20 on ebay? Just a guess.

In fact $20 may be a bit generous.

Not really misaligned enough to be considered an error. As for value, not more than $30.

To be dead honest, I think it's basically just a souvenir. Few collectors would want to own this note in such a condition.

The 1935A yellow seal made for distribution in North Africa would be Fr# 2306 and lists for $50 in F on https://www.coinworld.com/content/d...%202017.pdf. With the alignment error, maybe a little more. That is, like Coinfrog said, if you can find a collector who wants it because there's a ton of nice ones out there.

This is actually a very common note in all grades up through TPG 65, with much of its premium due to its status as a one-series type note - don't chase it. You should be able to find, with patience, a solid AU for around $75 and a decent CU example for well under $200. I happily paid less than $150 for this one last fall, crisp new with great centering on both sides.

Nice example Mr.Frog.

Most NA Aces are the IC and RC blocks and are readily available in almost any grade. The FC block is a little tougher with a mere 12,000 printed.

With that run, FC would seem to be something of a rarity! Is there much of a selling history available?

Just checked mine; it's an RC block.

The pros have weighed in on this one. Rough shape but it's still cool.

I'm still on the hunt for a 66.

Agree Celtic. Has character. Not a safe queen, but she's pretty enough to show off.
