Graded correctly at 53, but coin appears to have market acceptable light cleaning and/or old dip.

I really thought so too. The dipped ones are starting to become easily noticed.

It is accurately graded, but if you are looking for an example with original surfaces, don't buy this one. Gerry Fortin has one for sale, which is also graded AU-53, but it looks much more original.
