That's a great looking Merc!  I will say MS-65 (not FSB).

Always more difficult for me with toned coins, but they probably graded this MS 65 no FSB.

This is one that needs to be in hand to grade. Tone hides anything that might be on the surface.

MS65 No FSB. some call FSB as all bands must be clearly split and some just top and bottom. I'm in the first category so this one falls short in my book.
