Au53. Color looks pretty but the stars are flat all around and the strike seems weak.

Terribly flat obverse strike makes a few of the identifying elements look worse than it is. Good reverse strike shows no hint of rub.
Lovely original 63 technical grade with a 5/10 eye appeal.

I'd say AU-55 to AU-58. Just the slightest touch of wear on the right leg and the highest parts of the eagle's feathers.

Typical weak seated strike points. I will have to go au-58 just b/c I see what looks like slight rub on the cheek and the outer knee. If it weren't for those, I would be at ms.

Hard to tell from the images if that is very light wear or just breaks in the toning. My first thought was MS-63, so I'll stick with that.

I believe this was a weak strike, and the original photos were scans. Here is a picture of the coin, which graded MS61 by NGC
