Eyes4Error Pillar of the Community United States 710 Posts	Posted 04/09/2018 1:12 pm I have one that looks similiar that I was questioning because it seems to have die wear but also a shelf doubling... I was looking the 9's in particular. Besides the die wear, I possibly see notches on the tails of the 9's... I was thinking it was Machine Doubling. I have learned that MD is flattened like a step and to look for the notches on the ends and corners of the text, but I still am a bit confused as some of the flat step like doubling I have on some coins also seem to have notches... Anyways, would love some input...I still have quite a bit to learn! Report this Post to the Staff

But there is a raised line running through the mint mark... so I am thinking that possibly it has a RPM...I do see a bit of a notch on the bottom of the "D". Report this Post to the Staff
