A while back I made a small purchase on ebay, around $20 US. A day or so later I got a message the item had shipped but it was going to take a while to arrive, as advertised. About two weeks later I get a notice from ebay telling me the seller was no longer a registered seller but I shouldn't be worried. I made an inquiry about the seller and was immediately refunded the amount of the order. It's getting to be about the time the item should arrive, if it was shipped. What do I do if it does indeed arrive? I haven't paid for it and the seller is no longer on ebay.

Did the Seller post a tracking number? If so, what does the tracking show? If no tracking number was posted most likely nothing was shipped.

ebay knows something about this Seller that warranted his NARU status. Most likely a history of taking payments and not delivering the merchandise.

If (a very big IF!) you get the item you should contact the Seller if you still want to pay him. Most likely the email address that PayPal used to pay him should show in your PayPal payment history. You can try that email address to contact him.

Good luck!

That is a question that your guts will tell you what to do. I am going to bet that it never arrives anyway. Probably one reason why the seller is no longer registered.
Rest in Peace

until it shows up, I wouldn't stress.

If it does, honesty is always the best policy.

If it shows up you can always just mark it return to sender and be done with it
