Minimum 65, 66 probable. Lovely original matte luster.

Nice strike, but I think the obverse has enough nicks to hold it to a 64.

On first glance I could have gone 65, but yes, those nicks on the front probably bring it down to a 64.

These are sometimes unc but weakly struck. This one looks well struck. It is a pleasing one but I agree with Beefer & jbuck. ( I came to that conclusion before I saw their posts and edited to say I agree. ) I think those few hits could not give it an honest 65 so I'll go MS64 well struck. Lots of detail in that reverse! I like it. Close but no cigar.

With the density of design detail on the reverse, it is much easier to find nicks on the obverse when looking at the screen. Easier to examine the reverse in hand.
A few nicks on the bear are more obvious than any that may be seen on the reverse. The most obvious nicks to be seen on the reverse are to be found on the vertical cable towers, but there are most probably others.
Different lighting angles make a huge difference to finding nicks. That is why easier to examine in hand.
Not quite MS64.
From what little population information I can gather on these, MS63 or 4 seems to be the most common grade in which they are found; perhaps others in the CCF can enlighten me.
I have an example of these in my collection in the same grade.

I looked it over again, and ill admit when I'm wrong. Those obverse hits are more prominent than I thought. Ill give it a revised 64.5

Very nice coin. I'm late to the grading party ... but note that the consensus is in line with my observations that the bag nicks on the obverse portrait hold this example to MS64. Lovely addition to any collection.

64 in this camp. Possible 65. The picture, on my display, is 6-7 times larger than the commem would be in hand. So, yes, a couple of the ticks are tough to look past, but, not if the coin was "in hand".
NICE!! Thanks for sharing.

Rub on high points, cleaned, suspicious tool marks inside numerous letters.
