I have a 1965 quarter that appears to be possibly all copper and I am looking for some help with determining this......Thanking you all in advance for your help

Sounds like a metal detector find - they go brown all over after a few years in the ground.

99% chance it's simply toning or environmental damage.

That dull brown color looks to be environmental damage -- typical of a coin that was in the dirt for awhile.

@angel1103, first welcome to CCF. Second, can you please post a pic of the edge? I know that it will be a little hard to get much of the ridges in focus. So far, I'm agreeing with @buddy that it looks like environmental toning rather than a copper planchet.

We see a lot of these all the rim. The coin was normal, spent some time outdoors for a while. Usually a metal detector find:
1965-Quarter...is-It-100%-Copper?
Just one of the many found. If you carry it in your pocket for a while, then the highest points of the coin will wear off the color and you will be able to see the cladding again. You may want to take images of it from time to time to see how it turns back into a silver color, but they start to look antiqued.
