What would an approximate value on this be, doing research on incomplete punch error's I can't find much besides the explanation of what it is and how it happens. And a little about the rarity of it. So how rare would you say this is? Ive been collecting wheat pennys for awhile and I am glad this penny for some reason got enough curiousity to sign up for this page and post about it.
