Die chip. A part broke off the die leaving a void. When the coin I struck, the void is filled in. Thus the raised area on the coin. No premium for this. The die was continued to be used striking hundreds of thousands more coins.

Yep, a small little Die Chip. This Die Chip continued to get bigger and bigger until die failure happened. No premium for this because it's very common. You can keep it if you like as a good example. :)
