I recently found this Proof 02 Miss. Quarter. It looks like the center leaf in the design is doubled. I don't have another to compare it to, so I can't be sure. I've compared it to a business strike, and it definately is different. Your thoughts and comments, please.

The business strike (lower image) looks like it has die cracks in that area? Note the leaf stem and the leaf to the left upper edge. As far a doubling on the proof, I don't see anything yet doubled. It would require an other one to compare it with. But on the single squeeze dies, the center of the design is the area sometimes affected. So more images would be need before I would say yes or no for your coin.

I found an images from the U.S. Mint library:

Seems like your coin. That is just part of the design from what I can see? Maybe I'm missing something?

Thanks for the response. I agree I need another to compare. Just hoping someone out there will be kind enough to post a picture.
