1989 D Lincoln Cent Possible Error? What Would Cause This?

1989-D Penny. "IN" is barely visible and the "L" in Liberty looks funny. Sorry for the terrible pictures, I'm still working on that. Also the reverse shows some anomalies in "AMERICA". Is this some kind of mint error? What would cause this? I haven't seen any other examples like this.

to CCF. It is known as DDD,Die Deterioration Doubling aka worn die.No added value.
