1989 D Lincoln Cent Possible Error? What Would Cause This?

guitarplaya39 New Member United States 8 Posts	Posted 03/22/2018 07:31 am 1989-D Penny. "IN" is barely visible and the "L" in Liberty looks funny. Sorry for the terrible pictures, I'm still working on that. Also the reverse shows some anomalies in "AMERICA". Is this some kind of mint error? What would cause this?
